Jo Taylor completed her BA in ceramics at Bath Spa University College and makes her work at her studio in Corsham, Wiltshire. She uses a potters wheel to create a range of functional tableware. Some is then hand painted with slips, to a design developed form sketches of chickens; the rest is left plain cream coloured with interested created from throwing lines, handles and feet.

All of the work uses glazes which are lead free and safe for everyday use. As this work is fired to earthenware temperatures dishwasher use is not recomended as the glaze surface may craze over time.
